Abstract

It has been seen that both Global Organisations (World Health Organisation, Wold Bank, IMF etc.) and the Countries were not ready for the outbreak in terms of Global Planning implementations. We have observed significant economic issues and problematic management proceses of preventing contamination of the outbreak.

Evelauating the global organisations and the countries for managing of the outbreak, it can be said that lack of “Stratejic Management” and “Risk Management” implementations was source of problem. If we look at the death tolls, unemployment statistics and economic figures, the parameters proves my conclusion.

In my article , identifying the past and the present stitutations by PESTEM (P= Political, E= Economical, S= Social, T= Technological, E= Environmental, M= Management) method, I want to advise proposals for the future.

As a summery; I can propose Global Organisations and the countries to implement “Strategic Management” and “Risk Management” applications. On the otherhand, “Social State” concept would be another outstanding approach for the countries.
