Abstract

Child Law is a branch of law in progress. The increase in awareness of Children’s Rights positively influenced the legal researches related to children and Child Law has begun to be seen as an authentic branch of law. It is not easy for an authentic branch of law to be constituted with its criterions and principles. In order to establish an authentic Child Law branch, the definitions which make it banal and distort the authentic character of Child Law have to be decontaminated in the first instance. In this paper, answers to the question of “what does Child Law not mean ?” are researched and principle submissions are revealed.
