Abstract

Civilizations within the scope of human history potential and future potential aims having a wisdom and settlement, which is beyond their own idolatry, extend from a human life to a social partnership, in order to protect humanity. In this context, a comprehensive view of the nature and function of man, both in subject and object of culture and civilization is a key to understanding the process of formation, diffusion and universalization of the concepts of culture and civilization.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the concepts of culture and civilization is based on how human beings are at the center of structural and functional existence. We think that the dealing of human existence with a correct, consistent and comprehensive view from the concepts of temperament and personality will bring an understandable innovation in terms of understanding the relationship between the child and the society. We tried to explain systematically how the structure and functions of human nature originated in the culture and civilization based on temperament of our study. Finally we made a short comparison Universal Civilization, which expresses a unity between Psycho-Somatic Civilization represented by the West and Psycho- Spiritual Civilization represented by the East. In our study, we preferred to present the concepts which discussed together with literal contributions and openness and respect, and to present the factual reflection of these concepts within our own views and suggestions.
