Abstract

The aim of this study, to discuss the implementation of the bibliotherapy approch to be defined by the books as an improvement and development in the status and importance of children’s literature. In accordance with this purpose in the study how the bibliotherapy was an approach as first, behind this approach was how to be used for the opportunities of children’s literature. For the benefits of children’s literature in the bibliotherapy process, the qualifications of the books to be used in this process to be emphasized extremely it was important and in children’s books to be used in the bibliotherapy process required basic qualifications was explained. Finally, some recommendations was given for the use of children’s literature in the bibliotherapy approach.
